Youtuber is charged! ROBLOX-DEVS want 1.6 million US

When the popular games platform Roblox had to go offline in October for a few days (because of technical problems), especially many parents suffered. For those who had to explain their desperate offspring probably in the hourly clock, why the kids just do not stack any burger, scraping vehicles or re-re-imagine. Around the 43.2 million players, Roblox should drive daily to try out the countless games of other players or to create them.

Since content creators are involved in the revenues achieved by their games (by microtransactions), the platform of new content is flooded almost. Of course, there is a lot of garbage, and partly even toxic content such as looking simulations. According to CEO David Baszucki, a team of more than 2,000 employees is only there to see the content with regard to violations of the usage agreements and to make measures if necessary.

Roblox versus Ruben SIM

To the terminated users who are repeatedly violated the usage agreements has been one of the well-known YouTuber Benjamin Ruben SIM SIMON for a while. But obviously the ROBLOX managers in this particular case are of the opinion that the stray penalty alone is insufficient. Benjamin Simon should now have been charged in front of the Californian court of Roblox, the company calls for a total of 1.6 million US dollars.

The reasons for the lawsuit can be summarized with Internet Terrorism. Here are some of the things that Ruben SIM should have done according to the Roblox responsible persons:

The ROBLOX operators had to expose their ROBLOX Developers Conference to San Francisco last month, because Ruben SIM had posted that policemen would look at the event to Islamist terrorists. Alone this false message should have cost the company $50,000. It should have given further fake posts of this kind. On 03 April 2018 there was splicing in the YouTube headquarters in California. Ruben SIM is intended to glorify this act and threatened something similar to the Roblox headquarters in California. He should have tried to upload a nude photo of themselves in the game. Opposite other players he used discriminatory and homophobic insults. He should have created accounts with sexually connected names and used them. He should have tried to upload a sex game to the platform. He should have tried to upload pictures of Hitler in games. With its comments, he should harass a targeted staff of Roblox and other players.

Although Ruben SIM was already banned by the ROBLOX managers years ago, but this should always create new accounts (use accounts created by other players) to continue his bustle. And since he can rely on 700,000 subscribers on YouTube and a Patreon campaign, he benefits from every video financially, which turns thematically around Roblox, so another allegation of the indictment.

Particularly questionable are all these allegations, if one shows again in mind that Roblox is focused primarily on younger players.
