Tribes of Midgard: The best class for solo games

The Koop Game Tribes of Midgard offers you 8 classes, but you have to unlock 6 first. Meinmmo tells you, with which the classes you all alone is best through the game and what makes you so strong.

Why should I play solo? Tribes of Midgard is actually designed for a co-op experience for up to 10 players. However, you can also play any available mode alone. However, that makes the game much heavier.

You have to worry about the entire defense, the resources and, if necessary, the goal (Fenrir in Saga mode). That means a greater time pressure because you always have to go back to the base at night so that your Yggdrasil seedling is not destroyed.

If your Tribes of Midgard alone plays, so you have a greater challenge, which is quite desirable for many players. On Meinmmo you will find some tips to master Tribes of Midgard Solo.

How did we choose? In our selection we have introduced both personal experience and looked at the highest classes in the community. An important point was the subreddit to Tribes of Midgard (via reddit.com).

There are always discussions about the best class here, but a class appears more frequently than the others and is praised again and again: the warrior, otherwise often neglected in other animal lists.

The warrior - the best class for solo players

What can the warrior? As a warrior, you specialize in the melee and a very balanced game style, the focus lying on the offensive. You preferably struggles with a shield and an ax or sword and uses fire or frost damage.

The strength of the warrior is his invulnerability. With the blessing daring role you are invulnerable for 2 seconds after a roll and the cooldown of the role is also 2 seconds. So you are quasi permanently immortal.

This invulnerability even works against heat and cold, so that you do not need resistance if you are working properly. You have a tremendous high mana regeneration and can use your weapons skills more frequently.

How do I unlock him? The warrior belongs along with the forest runner to the two classes that you get in the beginning. So you do not have to unlock him first.

How do I play the warrior best? To fully play the strength of the warrior, you should choose the following blessing:

  • Týrs double hit
  • Inner power
  • Dear role
  • Manawoge I
  • Manawogue II
  • Repent

The remaining points can be freely distributed. If you like to play several weapons, hot exchange is a good idea. With final act and sword or ax control, it shares more damage. Free fall helps in exploration and long-lasting armor saves souls for repair.

With the runes you started best:

The Knight - My Swordmaster Build | Twin Saga.to

  • Soul power - increases damage per 100 souls by 5; unlocked by holding 10,000 souls at the same time
  • Seiðr-Weber (up to 3x) - gives a chance of 30% to create magical projectiles in combo attacks
  • Nothing to hide - increases the damage by 30 for every empty armor slot - if you want to rest as a naked warrior, you are invulnerable anyway most of the time
  • Rolling Thunder - gives roles a 50% chance to trigger a lightning strike; Released on level 44 in the Season Pass (Season 1)

What problems does the warrior have? Through your focus on the melee, you may have problems against opponents who attack from the distance. In addition, playing with the build requires a little exercise, so only conditionally for beginners is suitable. However, since you own the warrior, you can immediately do to practice - just put you on some defeats.

3 Strong alternatives to the warrior

If the game style from the warrior does not like it or if you want to try other classes, we have listed three alternatives for you here.

Guardian

  • is considered the second strongest class next to the warrior
  • Has reduced manufacturing costs and loses no durability with equipment
  • can carry more potions and runes
  • comes through Hermóðr's walkstone faster across the map
  • can create bonds for free and at any time and climb cliffs
  • unlocked by reaching day 15 in SAGA mode

Berserker

  • Aggressive than the warrior
  • dissolves with his anger explosions that can kill opponents in the larger area
  • shares increased damage with critical hits
  • Can enlighten enemies in fear and reduce control effects on themselves
  • unlocked by killing 20 opponents within 10 seconds in SAGA mode

Raider

  • relies on ranging instead of melee
  • has a higher visibility than the warrior
  • can hit several enemies yourself even at a distance
  • Receives special ammunition back
  • moves faster Although it counts to the weaker classes, but is also available at startup and therefore an alternative

Basically, none of the classes in Tribes of Midgard is really bad. The greatest strength in the game comes anyway from the weapons, their skills and the runes they collect. The classes give you only a stronger role and determine where your focus is.

Each class can shine in your area. You can find more about this in our special: all 8 classes to start Tribes of Midgard and what you can
